- last weekend amy and i flew to california to share with some of our favorite people about what we are doing with sojourn. it was a truly awesome time! we feel so blessed and incredibly encouraged. so far, in fact, the whole fund raising experience has been overwhelmingly positive. we still have a lot of work to do and much money to raise yet, but i'm actually enjoying it and consistently in wonder at the partnerships that are developing. i'm learning that the best thing about raising your own support is that you discover how creative God is in taking care of your needs, and that is pretty cool.
- thank you so much to those who continue to pray about our housing search. we feel like we are zeroing in on a pretty incredible opportunity. there are many details still to work out (so keep praying!) but again, we are constantly surprised by how the pieces of this puzzle are falling in to place.
- i have 16 more days of work as a site coordinator, then camp starts. i'm really looking forward to the change that camp represents (never thought i'd say that after last summer).
- finally, we just feel really grateful for all the wonderful people in our lives...so thanks!!!
