- so rocks and sox it is...one final comment about the patient approaches of both teams...in seven games the rockies walked 29 times (4+ per game), their opponents walked 20 times (about 3 per game). in 10 games the red sox walked 47 times (4.7 times a game) and their opponents walked 24 times (2.4 times per game). if my walks model holds up the red sox will win.

i've enjoyed watching the rockies run and think they have an excellent team, but i am still a red sox fan!
